Setting up staff members

 

Select Staff from the Tools Menu. 

Select a staff member from the list

  • Tick [Show Inactive] to include inactive members
  • Press the [New] button to enter a new staff member

Add information as prompted.

The short name /code is used in reports and must be unique to each staff member. It can be a maximum of 6 characters.

Each staff member needs a unique user name to access My Practice. 

Passwords are case sensitive. For additional security, we recommend at least 6 characters with a mix of letters and digits.

Staff must be marked active to access the system.


  • Copy - this produces another staff member with the same Address and Contact Details.
  • Next - closes current screen and opens another staff members screen for editing.
  • Another - opens another staff members screen for editing. Current screen is still open in another Tab.
  • Finish - saves changes and closes screen.
