Request a feature or report an error

If you find an error or have a suggestion for a new feature, then please log it at  tickets@mypractice.co.nz  for action:
 Level  Description  Target Resolution
 Urgent  If the system crashes or there is a high clinical risk  Today (or worked on until resolved)
 High  Important function not working  5 days
 Medium  Government/ACC request, any function not working, or a high priority enhancement  1-2 months
 Low  Low priority enhancement  3-6 months
