Cervical Screening Register

The Screening History API aims to surface a participant’s cervical screening history to Primary and Community screen-takers, colposcopy practitioners, health professionals involved with Cervical Cancer treatment and participants (health consumers). MyPractice integrates using this API can enable Cervical Screen takers and other clinical staff to accurately assess the participant’s cervical screening needs by providing appropriate, relevant and timely access to participant’s cervical screening history.

Access is controlled by Role based permissions

The system administrator will grant access to clinical screens as appropriate

When you first try to access the Cervical Screening Summary, the “Information Access and Use Agreement – End User” will automatically appear in the web browser. Please ensure you read the agreement carefully and complete it before proceeding.

  1. Open the clinical notes
  2. Click on the Cervical Screening Register on the forms tab
  3. Click “Finish” to close and save the Screening History Report to Patient Notes.
  4. Click “Cancel” to close without saving

Important: By default, “Publishing to Patient Portal” is not ticked. The Screening History Report will only be published to Health365 (Patient Portal) if “Publishing to Patient Portal” is ticked and you click “Finish”.
