Displaying a Message before making an appointment
This message can be defined by practices and turned on or off in the practice settings
Reason for consultation
- This is now mandatory for all appointments
In-person
- If disabled in the practice settings, suggests user Phone the Practice
Phone
- Phone option requires phone number to be entered
- Email includes Your practice will assess your request for a phone consultation and if suitable you should receive a phone call on 4987112 around your appointment time. Please keep your phone free at this time.
- Text can be changed by the practice
- The option can be disabled in Practice settings
Video
- Email includes Your practice will assess your request for video consultation and if suitable you should receive an email with further instructions
- Text can be changed by the practice e.g. add the link for doxy.me
- The option can be disabled in Practice settings
If all options are disabled, no appointments will be made over the portal
