Actions – MyPractice

Group By Columns allows rearrangement/grouping of columns in the results table.
Save As Excel File saves the results table (including the Group By Columns layout) as an Excel spreadsheet.
Print Patient List prints the result table.
Create Task creates a task/batch of tasks from a selection list for each patient in the results table.
Document produces a document, selected from the document templates list, for each patient in the results table. Documents can be printed/txt messaged to the patients.
Export Sync Files produces an XML file containing clinical records for the patients in the results table. These are used to synchronise notes offline from the server.
