Press the [Post-it] link. The link may be on different parts of the page depending on which window you are in. Commonly, the link will be on the right hand side of the page, under the actions menu.

Add or edit the note as prompted, and press [Enter]. The program will display any Post-it notes on entry to a patient’s file.
