Using query builder

Open the query builder from the top menu.

Enter the rules (according to how you would like to search for patients). “Field” contains the patient data, “Operator” depends on the data selected and “Value” can either be entered manually or selected from a drop down list.

Multiple rules

Additional Rules start with:

  • AND if both rules must be true
  • OR if either rule must be true
  • NOT IN excludes patients for which this rule is true (patients that fit the first rule will not be included in the search results if they fit the Not In rule

Enter the left and right brackets to group rules‚ together. This is generally useful with “or” rules.
